Tap List Update

In an Instagram post dated May 2, Evolve Beer&Kitchen (Tokyo Skytree area) unveiled its tap list. This time, 11 craft beers were on offer, with a lineup that clearly spans a wide range of flavors, from lager, pilsner, and dark lager to IPA, saison, and sour ale.

Notable picks include NARA BREWING Co.'s German Pilsner "DAYLONG", Minoh Beer x Akishika Sake Brewery's Rice Lager "Saruyama Shikao", and Repubrew x Heisei 3nen-kai's Czech Style Dark Lager "AGE AGE SAME AGE". The selection makes it easy to choose everything from an easy-drinking first pour to a beer with rich malt character for settling in and drinking on.

If you're after hop-driven character, Passific Brewing's "Fond of Bone", West Coast Brewing's Hazy Double IPA "No Ketchup", and Brasserie Knot's West Coast IPA "WIND" stand out. On the other hand, Minoh Beer's "Honey Saison" and Minoh Beer x Mikkeller's "Ume-chu" are suited to people who want to enjoy aromatic and tart expressions.

The lineup also includes NOMCRAFT BREWING's "Banana Kick", U.B.P BREWERY's "URAWA CITY ALE Nitro ver.", and the staple "Black Label / SAPPORO", making for a well-balanced selection overall. True to a beer pub, the list conveys the fun of tasting alongside food.
