CraftBeerSpot Hathor, a beer pub in Kyobashi, Osaka, posted that it had tapped one new keg: Island Brewery's Strawberry Sour Ale. The bar opened from 3 p.m. on Saturday and, as usual, leaned on its 16 taps and house-smoked dishes to build a place where beer and food are meant to be enjoyed together.

The day's draft list ranged widely across styles. The lineup included Yebisu, Double Switcher, Yorimichi no Lager, Strawberry Sour Ale, Weiss IPA, Where the Wind Begins, Koni Oni Pale Ale Real Ale ver, Snow Monkey IPA Orange Label, Apple Hop Fuji ver, Locomotion, Arrogant Bastard Ale, and 37th Anniversary Golden Ale. That meant everything from light lagers and sour beer to IPA, real ale, and imported golden ale.

- `Strawberry Sour Ale` is the fresh keg to start with
- `Koni Oni Pale Ale Real Ale ver` and `Weiss IPA` make side-by-side comparisons easy
- `Locomotion` and `37th Anniversary Golden Ale` round out a broad tasting session

Hathor works well for drinkers who want to follow the tap changes closely and pair them with smoked snacks. It is the kind of place where the first pint sets the direction and the rest of the lineup lets you build the night from there.
