Yotei Brewing to release limited IPAs RVRRN and FLDDY on August 10
Yotei Brewing, based in Niseko, Hokkaido, will release two limited-edition IPAs, RVRRN and FLDDY, on August 10. The brewery will also appear at the Sapporo Odori Beer Garden’s World Beer Plaza and roll the beers out at select craft beer shops in Sapporo and Asahikawa.
Yotei Brewing, a brewery based in Niseko, Hokkaido, is known for hop-forward beers that highlight each ingredient’s character. This time, it is releasing two IPAs with contrasting styles on the same day.
The two beers launching on August 10
- RVRRN (River Run): An India Pale Ale at 6.0% ABV. Brewed with Hollingbery & Son Triumph hops, it is described as having an orange-candy-like aroma, a clean finish, and a pleasant bitterness.
- FLDDY (Field Day): A Hazy IPA at 6.0% ABV. Made with McKenzie and BRU-1 hops, it offers aromas of white peach and ripe pineapple, a grapefruit-like finish, and a juicy mouthfeel.
Beer garden and retail rollout
From August 10, Yotei Brewing will also set up at the Sapporo Odori Beer Garden’s "World Beer Plaza" in Odori West 10. The brewery will pour both new beers on tap there on August 10-12 and again on August 17-18, alongside returning favorites such as West Coast Lager and EXPDTN.
The same day, draft service will begin at three craft beer specialty shops in Sapporo and Asahikawa. The 350 ml cans will be priced at 768 yen and sold at FULLMARKS Sapporo, Niseko Michi-no-Eki View Plaza, and the brewery’s online shop. All items are limited and will end when sold out.
