Yokohama Bay Brewing Yokohama Front Branch announced a new menu item, "Firefly Squid and Hime Takenoko with Fuki Miso Dressing," on Instagram on May 10. In the post, the shop thanked guests for visiting the previous day’s "FREE STYLE" early keg-opening event and noted that the new Experiment Helles had been well received.

The dish combines seasonal firefly squid with the slight bitterness of fuki miso, layered with the texture of hime takenoko bamboo shoots. It is composed with beer pairing in mind, bringing together ingredients from spring into early summer.
