Kamiyama Beer Brewery is a brewery based in Kamiyama Town. According to its official information, it is run by Manus Sweeney and Sayaka Abe, who moved there from Amsterdam, and it began in 2018 in the mountains of Shikoku. Its approach of combining craft culture cultivated overseas with the local character of Kamiyama is also reflected in new releases like this one, which make use of local ingredients. It seems like another release typical of the brewery, one that captures the changing seasons in a glass.
