A wide-ranging Japanese craft beer lineup in Ebisu
TBE Brewing, a beer pub in Ebisu, Tokyo, has shared its tap list for September 7. The lineup brings together beers from Nagano, Ibaraki, Akita, Kanagawa, Miyagi, Wakayama, Aichi, and Hyogo.
The current taps include Shiga Kogen Beer’s From Scratch at 5.0%, Africa Pale Ale at 5.0%, and Sono Ju No.10 IPA at 7.5%. For hop-forward options, guests can choose Ishinomaki Hop Works’ Maki-kaze IPA at 6.0%, Nomcraft’s Nomcraft IPA at 6.5%, or Yorocco Beer’s Skywalker IPA at 5.5%.
Lighter choices include Ushiku Brewing’s Wonderloss at 4.5% and Shiga Kogen Beer’s From Scratch. Hopdog’s Kiwi IPA, at 5.0%, adds an Akita-made option to the list. Waimarket’s Cloudy Yellow Sky and Open Air’s Skywalk are both listed at 6.5%.
The next scheduled taps include Kunitachi Brewery’s Yurumi, Eagle Brewery’s Eagle IPA, Farob Brewing’s Obake, Nara Brewing’s Locomotion, and Ise Kadoya Beer’s Jungle Fantasy. As keg availability may change, visitors should check with the pub for the latest status.
