Four beers on tap at Awashima Soko
Awashima Soko, a small beer pub in Daita-zawa, Setagaya, Tokyo, has announced its tap list for October 19. Four beers will be available, spanning a crisp lager, a hop-forward pale ale, a dry stout and a New Zealand IPA.
NOVORU’s “Migaku” leads the list as a lager suited to an easy first pour or a pairing with food. From Onidensetsu comes “Kinki Pale Ale Citra Ver.,” a pale ale featuring Citra hops and offering an expressive hop character with balanced bitterness.
For darker beer fans, yorocco’s “Hometown Stout” brings the dry stout style to the lineup. Its roast character and relatively lean finish should make it a natural choice for a slower-paced pour. BREW CLASSIC’s “Bucchi Brothers” rounds out the taps as a New Zealand IPA, adding a more aromatic and bitter option to the selection.
Awashima Soko is located on Awashima-dori in Daita-zawa and operates as an intimate beer pub. The venue notes that groups of four or fewer are preferred because of the limited interior space. On October 19, service is scheduled from 6 p.m. to midnight, with last orders at 11:30 p.m.
Beer availability can change, so visitors should check the pub’s official Instagram before heading over.
