At WORLD BEER&DINING MIHAMA BASE in Inage Kaigan, three kegs from Revision, Pizza Port, and West Coast Brewing have been newly tapped. On the final day of Golden Week, the lineup offers a relaxed way to enjoy craft beer and food.
The first highlight is Revision Pacific Static Hazy IPA. Developed with JAPAN BREWERS CUP 2026 in mind, this recipe is built on a soft malt base and layers citrus and tropical aromas into a hazy IPA. It is presented as a beer that balances juiciness with a smooth drinking finish.
Next is Pizza Port Mongo DIPA. With roots tracing back to Mongo IPA, which moved to Port Brewing in 2006, this beer has returned as a Pizza Port staple with its name and recipe intact. Using classic hops such as Columbus, Cascade, Centennial, and Simcoe, it brings a bold bitterness reminiscent of citrus peel and pine. For West Coast IPA fans, it is an easy-to-understand, archetypal double IPA.
The third keg is West Coast Brewing Starwatcher. One of WCB's defining flagships, this West Coast IPA makes generous use of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. Piney, resinous dank aromas are layered with citrus notes of orange and grapefruit, plus hints of berry and melon.
