On June 3, the day after its regular closing day, WORLD BEER&DINING MIHAMA BASE added a new draft beer: NEKOBEER's CLEARNEKO LIQUID HYPER. The shop serves craft beer in the Inage-Kaigan area and, thanks to its liquor retail license, also offers bottled and canned beer for takeout.
CLEARNEKO LIQUID HYPER is an upgraded version of the liquid-hop-focused CLEARNEKO LIQUID series. Pellet hops are used only for bittering, while three whole Hopkief units are added to build a vivid hop aroma. The beer is a TDH West Coast IPA at 7.5% ABV, with stronger bitterness than the previous release and a cleaner finish.
The day's draft lineup spans nine beers in total. Alongside GUINNESS, KIRIN HEARTLAND, and Hoegaarden White, the taps include Surly Mosh Pit Hazy IPA, Belching Beaver Viva La Beaver, Pizza Port Next Horizon IPA, Boneyard Drop the Hammer IPA, and West Coast Brewing Hop-Rhythmic #3.
