A craft beer from Kobe is now available to buy at home

Paint Palette Brewing is a craft brewery based in Chuo Ward, Kobe, and carries the concept of "a brewery that paints a variety of scenes." Drawing on an early exposure to craft beer culture in the United States, the brewery built up brewing experience in Kyoto and California before launching in Kobe.

With this latest move, general sales have started in the online store, making it possible to buy beers that had previously been enjoyed at the storefront or at events from anywhere in Japan. The brewery says it has in mind use cases such as a drink after a hot-spring visit or a sauna session, repurchasing a beer discovered at an event, or giving it as a small gift.

The official website introduces the following labels as part of the current lineup for sale:

- TIMELESS SYMPHONY: FARMHOUSE ALE with sake lees & lemongrass
- UNDER THE SUN: JUICY IPA
- MIXED MEDIA: Rye Hazy IPA
- BREATH OF TANO: FARMHOUSE ALE with COFFEE

What distinguishes Paint Palette Brewing is not only the breadth of its styles, but also its combinations of ingredients. By using sake lees, lemongrass, coffee, and more, it aims to express in beer the diverse scenery and food culture of Kobe, a port city. The start of online sales makes that individuality easier to enjoy beyond the brewery itself.

The key point of this move is that it makes it easy to start by trying a bottle at home, then expand to favorite labels for events or gifts.
