CraftBeerSpot Hathor in Kyobashi, Osaka has tapped Jungle Fantasy from Isekadoya Beer. The Hazy IPA puts Weizen yeast esters in the spotlight, while the bar also highlights Stone-related recommendations and a wide tap list.

On September 6, CraftBeerSpot Hathor opened a fresh keg of Jungle Fantasy / Isekadoya Beer. Rather than leaning only on hops, this Hazy IPA is built around Weizen yeast, bringing banana-like esters to the foreground. It is paired with next-generation hops, Krush and Dolcita, creating a beer where yeast and hops share the stage.

The staff also recommends Arrogant Bastard Ale / Arrogant Consortia (Stone) and 37th Anniversary Golden Ale / Karl Strauss. The former is a landmark American strong ale, while the latter is a barrel-aged anniversary beer layered with coffee, cacao nibs, vanilla, oak, and whiskey-like warmth.
