MugiOhhh. It sounds kind of technical, but when I hear malt character, it does sound a little toasty and tasty.
Hop BroWhat is even more interesting is Jokun Brewing Lab’s SAKE SILKY HAZY, which uses sake lees. When sake lees add their mellow character, the soft mouthfeel of a Hazy IPA picks up a distinctly Japanese note.
