Five 15brewery beers arrive at Awashima Soko

Awashima Soko, a beer pub in Daisawa, Setagaya, Tokyo, will serve five beers from 15brewery on October 11, 2026. The listed service hours are 14:00–18:30. The lineup covers Belgian-style beer, dark beer, Raw Ale, fruit beer, and IPA.

The Belgian-style beer, Numa no Soko, uses a generous proportion of wheat malt along with orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, and clove. It also incorporates lime from Owase in Mie Prefecture and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka. The beer is described as having slight sweetness and acidity, with complex, spicy flavors and aromas. It is priced at ¥2.5 per gram or milliliter.

The Stout is a deeply flavored, intensely dark beer with pronounced richness. It is priced at ¥2.2 per gram or milliliter. Raw Red Ale is made using a Raw Ale method, in which the wort is not boiled, highlighting the malt’s dense, weighty flavor and aroma. Its price is ¥2.5 per gram or milliliter.

The fruit beer Dodanba Ale (Natsumikan Ale) uses summer citrus from Hayama and offers a refreshing, crisp profile. A baguette from Miura bakery Mitsumugi is also used as one of the ingredients. The Raw Hazy IPA is likewise made with the Raw Ale method, bringing hop-derived citrus and pine aromas with a gentle bitterness. Both beers are priced at ¥2.5 per gram or milliliter.

With its broad selection and focus on craft beer, Awashima Soko provides a setting for comparing different ingredients, brewing methods, and flavor profiles. Visitors interested in trying the full 15brewery lineup should check availability at the pub on the day.
