The beer pub “café&beer Aruka→Aruka” in Osaka’s Namba Sennichimae announced that business will begin at 17:00 on March 27. In the post, nine taps centered on Osaka local breweries were announced as the tap list for the day.

Lineup for the day

- 13 Red Ale / Session Red IPA / Aruka→Aruka × One’s Brewery
- Ikeda Mikan Wit / Witbier / CRAFT BEER BASE
- Nishinari Riot Ale / American Pale Ale / Derailleur Brew Works
- Karoten Shower / Blonde Ale / Kamigata Beer
- Hazy IPA Yuzu / Hazy IPA / Maruka Brewing
- Katano Kasumi / Hazy IPA / CIVIC BREWERS
- STOUT / Minoh Beer
- PUNK IPA / IPA / BrewDog Brewing
- Heartland / Pilsner / Kirin Beer

Looking at the lineup, there is a wide range from Red Ale, American Pale Ale, Stout, and Pilsner to Wit and Hazy IPA, which are easy to imagine as having bright citrusy aromas. While many Osaka breweries are featured, PUNK IPA and Heartland are also included, making it an easy place to compare local beers with familiar classics.

Food to enjoy alongside the beer

The post also listed today’s recommended food. Char siu egg, mapo potato, fried broad beans with cumin salt, cinnamon roll scone, Aruka quesadilla, teriyaki chicken pizza, whole fresh spring onion, juicy meatballs, and thick-cut ham cutlet were among the dishes that pair well with beer.

The location in Namba Sennichimae also makes it convenient to stop by in the middle of a bar crawl. Reservations are accepted through the official website, and phone inquiries are available from 15:00 to 24:00. It sounds like a place well suited to a slow drinking session while working through the tap list and enjoying the food.
