One of the newly announced items is a food menu for B plan guests: a "chicken tender and colorful vegetable banh mi." The sandwich uses milk bread from @patisserie_le_son and will be offered as an event-only item, adding a food pairing element to the celebration.
The brewery also said it harvested homegrown hops during a day off last week and brewed a special 2nd anniversary beer. That beer will make its first appearance at the event on August 2. In addition, limited alcohol drinks will be available on the day.
For a local brewery in Nikko, the update highlights a familiar craft beer theme: connecting beer, ingredients, and place. With a homegrown-hop beer and event-only food on the lineup, The Kichi is shaping the anniversary into a small but distinctive celebration worth watching for beer fans.
