Evolve Beer&Kitchen, a beer pub in Mukojima, Sumida Ward, posted its June 20 service update with a broad tap board built for beer-and-food pairing. The featured new tap is EMU, a Kölsch from Atsumi Peninsula Brewing. The lineup leans from crisp lagers to hop-forward and darker styles, making it easy to match with a full meal.
The day’s tap list includes 11 beers: "Pilsner" from TOUCHDOWN, "Hella Jalapeño" from Barebottle Brewing Co., "EMU" from Atsumi Peninsula Brewing, three Minoh Beer taps - "Nice Bitter," "Black Tea Bitter," and "Grapefruit Sour" - plus "NOM Classic Porter - Nitro ver." from NOMCRAFT BREWING, "STEREO" from Falo Brewing, "Hashagu" from Novoru Brewing, "Hop Legends" from West Coast Brewing × Onidensetsu, and "Orion Draft" from ORION BEER. The board also shows a bottle arrival for "Mino Pil," with 72 bottles planned, which reinforces the pub’s reliable core offerings.
The venue also runs its monthly BIRYANI & CURRY DAY on the third Saturday and Sunday. For this service, it offers taco-rice-style biryani, kikurage spicy keema curry, and clam-and-seaweed curry. That combination of tap beer, spices, fish, and dessert is what makes the shop stand out: a place where you can build a proper drinking-and-dining session without forcing the pace.
