The lineup is designed so you can start by resetting your palate with a pilsner, then move on to an IPA with a pronounced hop aroma, and compare the contours of malt and hops through Oni Densetsu's pale ale and red ale. In addition, the apple-derived fruitiness of Apple Hop <Kogyoku> and the more bitter-leaning Hima Bitter add both briskness and drinkability to the selection.
