At the beer pub Evolve Beer&Kitchen in Mukojima, Sumida Ward, Minoh Beer TAP TAKEOVER DAY2 was announced. In the post, the bar’s hours for Saturday, May 23, from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. were presented along with news that a full lineup of Minoh Beer draft beers would be available.

Highlights include a tasting comparison of MUGICHA BITTER, as well as the serving of BATTON, which has been aged for about three years. In addition to Minoh Beer’s standard lagers, Weizen, and IPA styles, the lineup also includes distinctive beers such as MUGICHA BITTER, which makes use of the aroma of barley tea, and Sansho W-IPA, offering a wide range for side-by-side tasting.

On this day, only event-limited food will be served, and there will be no regular menu. The yakitori will be grilled outside the shop, with items such as chicken thigh, negima, gizzard, liver, seseri, sasami, heart, harami, chicken skin, tail meat, and meatballs with cartilage. Drinks will be served in reusable or plastic cups, payment will be accepted in cash or via PayPay, seating will be semi-standing and open seating, and reservations will not be accepted.

For anyone who wants to drink a full lineup of Minoh Beer in Mukojima, it looks set to be a night to enjoy beer and food in event style.
