Mizonokuchi Brewery, a microbrewery based in Mizonokuchi in Kawasaki, has released a limited three-beer bundle that many fans had been asking for. The set brings together the brewery's regular hazy IPA, `NOKUCHI HAZY`, and two special beers created for its 4th anniversary, `DUSK[19:01]` and `DAWN[04:59]`. The online store listed the set at 2,350 yen, and the product page now shows it as sold out.

`NOKUCHI HAZY` is the brewery's latest batch of its signature hazy IPA. It is described as aromatic and highly drinkable, with tropical and white-grape notes alongside a soft sweetness from lactose. It comes in at 5.0% ABV and uses Belma, Galaxy, IdahoCGX, StrataCGX, and Idaho7.

`DUSK[19:01]` is a special American IPA built by enriching the brewery's standard IPA for the anniversary. At 8.0% ABV and 74.8 IBU, it is the most assertive beer in the set on paper, but the brewery emphasizes a balanced mix of umami and bitterness. Its hop bill includes ADHA1631, Columbus, Chinook, and Centennial.

`DAWN[04:59]` takes a different direction. Brewed with yeast and hops the brewery had not used before, it is a 3.0% Session Hazy IPA designed to be approachable in many situations. The brewery describes it as fruity, sweet, and satisfying despite its lower strength.

Founded in spring 2022 after training at a Tokyo brewery, Mizonokuchi Brewery focuses on building a beer-centered community in its home area. This limited set captures that approach well: a familiar core beer, a bold anniversary IPA, and an experimental session beer in one package.
