PEDROLINO, in Tanimachi 6-chome, Osaka, will hold a taco service for two days only on Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14. This time, the lineup will be “tacos only,” with no appetizers, pasta, or main dishes, making it a fully taco-focused event. Unlike the classic Mexican style of the previous event, this time the shop plans to offer around 10 to 15 kinds of tacos with an Italian twist that reflects the character of the venue.
The shop is centered around counter seating and will be open from 15:00 to 23:00. Since it opens early in the day, it is easy to stop by for a late lunch or an early drink. Because this is a special service with no regular menu, reservations will be accepted by phone, DM, or in person at the shop. Children are welcome until around 18:00, and time limits may be introduced when it gets crowded.
What beer lovers will not want to miss is the craft beer lineup, which will be well prepared even for this taco service. On draft, there will be Shiga Kogen Beer’s “From Scratch” blonde ale (ABV 5.0%), OUR BREWING’s “Hoppy Hour Ver.Brewer’s Blend” cold IPA (ABV 6.5%), and CRAFTROCK BREWING’s “Tepache S.O.D” margarita gose (ABV 5.0%). By the glass, Oud Beersel’s “Oude Lambiek 4years” straight lambic (ABV 6.8%) will be available, while the stock will include OUR BREWING’s “Dino King” West Coast IPA (ABV 7.0%) and Minoh Beer’s “Papa Zaru Lager” dark lager (ABV 5.0%).
The beer styles are wide-ranging, including blonde ale, cold IPA, gose, lambic, West Coast IPA, and dark lager. The lineup is designed so you can choose from light and crisp beers to tart ones and hop-forward options depending on the taco fillings, and there should also be fun in changing glasses as you work your way through the meal. It is a noteworthy chance to enjoy a special service from a small Osaka shop centered on food and beer.
