PEDROLINO in Osaka taps CHORYO’s Summer Ale in a four-beer lineup
PEDROLINO, a beer pub in Tanimachi 6-chome, Osaka, updated its tap list on Instagram on August 26. The lineup adds CHORYO’s Summer Ale and includes beers from Anglo Japanese Brewing, Faló Brewing, and farmentry.
PEDROLINO is a small beer pub in Osaka’s Tanimachi 6-chome area, built around à la carte dishes and a "what tastes good today" approach. With just 12 seats and an open kitchen, it is the kind of place where beer and food can be matched in a relaxed, unforced way.
The highlight of the latest post is Summer Ale (CHORYO / Nara), described as a European pale ale with bright hop character. The tap list also includes Dry Hopped Foeder Saison Vintage2023 (Anglo Japanese Brewing / Nagano), OBAKE (Faló Brewing / Miyagi), and Daily Loop (farmentry / Nara). That gives the bar a compact but varied range, from saison to IPA and pale ale styles.
The post also introduces a house sauce called Salsa Rossa, Nakano-style, served with meat dishes. Built on tomato and paprika and sharpened with kantsuri, it sounds like a fitting bridge between the kitchen and the beer list. It is a good snapshot of PEDROLINO’s identity: food-first, but serious about what is on tap.
