Tono Brewing will hold its "8th Anniversary Appreciation Week" from April 29 to May 6 to commemorate the 8th anniversary of its directly operated TAPROOM. Backed by Tono, Iwate's hop culture, the TAPROOM is a directly operated shop where visitors can enjoy freshly brewed beer. Located a three-minute walk from Tono Station, it serves house craft beer and food.

The main feature of this anniversary campaign is a set of limited-time products created for the occasion. First up is the 8th-anniversary limited beer, "New Hoppian Amber." It will go on sale in store from April 29 in both draft and canned formats. The beer is an improved version of an American Red Ale brewed once five years ago, and is described as an amber ale with rich malt character, tropical hop aroma, and a pleasant bitterness.

A special set of eight cans across seven varieties will also be available at a special price. This set includes Hoppian Amber and will be sold for 5,500 yen. In addition, the anniversary "BEER TOGETHER!" T-shirt has been renewed. The fabric has been upgraded, the front logo has been kept understated, and the back features a larger Tono Brewing logo.

Tono Brewing's mission is to cultivate a new beer culture from Tono, the home of hops. By building on 50 years of hop cultivation history and local ingredients, the company aims to create a place where brewers and local residents can enjoy beer in an open setting. This anniversary project appears to reaffirm that approach.

The products listed above are also available in advance through the online store. Even those who cannot visit in person may be able to experience the atmosphere of Tono's anniversary celebration.
