SOUL BIRD Refreshes Its 10-Tap Lineup for the Night

Cafe & CraftBeer Dining SOUL BIRD (Hamamatsucho, Minato-ku, Tokyo) is a beer pub where you can enjoy craft beer in the Hamamatsucho and Daimon area. In this post, alongside business information for Thursday, May 14, it updated its “Today's BEER on TAP” list, clearly showing the “available now” lineup inside the shop.

The newly opened beers confirmed for the day were Hoppukotan Brewing’s CoCo麦 (Coconut Wheat Ale) and Belching Beaver’s Must be the Honey (Blonde Ale). The post also described the flavor characteristics of each: the former as a wheat ale with coconut-derived notes, and the latter as a smooth-drinking beer brewed with honey.

Other beers on the tap list included 2nd Story Ale WorksTopsy Choco Orange, Matsue Beer Herun’s Pale Ale Motueka ver., Chichibu Bakushu’s Kuma wa Tenneniro, Tono Brewing’s SOUTHERN HAZY, Burnt Mill×Sureshot’s Gravity Waves, KOBO BREWERY’s IPA, and Threes Brewing’s Good Bad News. Tap 1 was marked only as “new” in the post, and the beer name could not be confirmed.

SOUL BIRD is appealing as a place for gatherings, with half-private room reservations, full venue reservations, a projector, and standing-party support. The post also noted that “early in the evening, only a few table seats remain,” suggesting a service style that works for everything from one drink after work to a relaxed multi-drink session. It was an evening where you could scan the 10 taps and choose a glass to match your mood.
