That day’s "TODAY'S BEER TAP LIST" featured Pilsner, SEYA!!, Papa Zaru Lager, Peach Weizen -Shimizu Hakuto ver.-, MUGICHA BITTER, Scottish Ale, Kozaru IPA -Nitro ver.-, Kozaru IPA, Osaru IPA, Sansho W-IPA, BATTON 007. In addition to standard lagers and IPAs, the selection included a weizen made with peach, a bitter highlighting barley tea notes, and a W-IPA using Japanese sansho pepper, making it a broad lineup for tasting side by side.
Food and service style
Food was limited to event-only yakitori and o-banzai; there was no regular menu. The yakitori lineup included chicken thigh, negima, gizzard, liver, chicken neck meat, tenderloin, heart, skirt steak, chicken skin, tail, tsukune with cartilage, yuzu sausage, quail eggs, eggplant, okra, and more. Orders were placed by writing tare or salt and quantity on a sheet at the BAR counter, then items were grilled in order after checkout. Drinks were served in reusable or plastic cups, payment was by cash or PayPay, and reservations were not accepted, with the venue operating as semi-standing, open seating.
