Enibru, located in Il Grandi B1 at 2-71 Nakamozu-cho, Sakai City, Osaka, is a beer pub about a two-minute walk from Nakamozu Station. From June 9 through June 14, it has been running “BEER MEETS SPICE 〜The IPA & Asian Food Session~,” a fair built around hop bitterness and spice-forward food.

Food pairings

The food side includes `salmon and coconut spice curry` with chicken keema and three kinds of achar, `crispy spice-grilled spareribs`, and `Sichuan-style squid with cilantro`. `Manrishun Brewing`'s `Lemon Saison` also appears on the board, using lemons from Osaka's Tondabayashi-grown Oogini Agri. Its saison spice, fresh citrus aroma, and bright acidity make it a natural match for the menu.
