Evolve Beer&Kitchen, a beer pub in Mukojima, Sumida-ku, Tokyo, shared its service update for Tuesday, June 30, from 17:00 to 24:00. The shop noted that no new beers would be tapped on that day or the next, so the current lineup is the one to focus on.

The `Today's TAP LIST` is compact and clearly styled:

- Akkiyama Bitter / Onidensetsu [Bitter]
- SAGE / Falo Brewing [Farmhouse Ale]
- Hashagu / Novoru Brewing [Belgian IPA]

That mix gives drinkers three different directions in one visit: a bitter beer, a farmhouse ale, and a Belgian IPA. `Hashagu` is marked as nearly gone, so anyone who wants that pour may want to start there. The list makes the bar feel like a place for comparison drinking rather than just a single flagship style.

Food is part of the appeal as well. Evolve Beer&Kitchen is running an Okinawa FOOD Fair, with dishes such as Okinawan bluefin tuna sashimi, torotaku, Sichuan-spiced minced chicken curry with wood ear mushrooms, clam-and-seaweed curry, and newly added rafute fried rice and rafute donburi. In other words, this is not only a stop for beer fans, but also a place where a full meal can be built around the tap list.
