Ingredients such as sake yeast, sake lees and yuzu, hibiscus, sake rice, yuko citrus, Japanese black tea and sansho pepper, rice koji, and buckwheat appear across the lineup, and while they are all built around “Japanese ingredients,” the flavor direction varies widely. It is a lineup that lets you compare the appeal of craft beer through differences in origin and raw materials.
The food is designed with a Japanese flavor to match the beer, and the post introduces “dried shrimp kakiage with fragrant small fish” and “Japanese carpaccio with horse mackerel and watery eggplant.” The aroma of fried dishes and light appetizers seasoned with herbs and condiments help support the boldly characterful draft beers.
Enibrew is located at 2-71 Nakamozu-cho, Sakai City, Osaka, in Il Grandi B1, and is a two-minute walk from Nakamozu Station.
