Uchu Brewing in Hokuto, Yamanashi, shared the latest information on its Taproom Kobuchizawa on Instagram. In a March 29 update, the shop said it would be open from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. With spring weather bringing more people to the terrace seats, it also noted that the wind from Yatsugatake can sometimes feel chilly, so bringing something to throw on is a good idea.
