Teenage Brewing to Release DDH DIPA "Centaur" on April 14
Teenage Brewing, based in Tokigawa Town, Saitama Prefecture, announced its new DDH DIPA, "Centaur," on Instagram. With an ABV of 8.0%, the beer puts hop-driven aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, and white grape front and center, and it will roll out sequentially to wholesalers and on the company’s e-commerce site starting April 14.

According to the brewery’s official Instagram, the style is DDH DIPA and the ABV is 8.0%. It is a new release packed with a large amount of hops, designed to make its presence known from the very first burst of aroma.
In tasting impressions, the core is a vivid aroma reminiscent of tropical fruit, citrus, and white grape. On top of a full-bodied base, layered and three-dimensional hop flavors build depth, suggesting a design aimed at a dense, satisfying drinking experience. The hops used are Superdelic, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Nelson Sauvin CGX.
Teenage Brewing describes itself on its official website as a brewery making "modern and original craft beer," and it also has a strong connection to music. In this latest post, the pairing music listed was Wilco’s "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot" and The White Stripes’ "White Blood Cells," reflecting the brand’s approach of letting people enjoy beer and music with the same sensibility.
