According to the release, the beer offers a bright aroma reminiscent of lime and melon, with a clear, clean finish. The visual concept draws on the green tones of the Bekanbeushi Wetland and the transparent feel of the summer landscape around the line.
Sales will begin at Huîtrière's brewery shop, the official online store, selected JR Hokkaido Fresh Kiosk locations, selected AEON Hokkaido stores, and the Roadside Station Akkeshi Gourmet Park MIKAKU Terminal Conchiglie. AEON Sapporo Hiragishi is scheduled to start selling the beer on August 7.
Founded in 2024, Huîtrière positions itself around the idea of "nurturing time." The name comes from French and means "a place where oysters grow," reflecting the brewery's connection to Akkeshi, a town known for its oysters and coastal landscape. This project extends that philosophy into a beer series tied to the future of a local railway and the scenery along it.
