Mino-Kamo Beer, based in Mino-Kamo City, Gifu Prefecture, announced its collaboration with +Kombucha on Instagram. In the post, it presents 'Beni Tengu' as the second installment in the non-alcoholic beverage project 'Toki-Meki Hops Series,' which lets people enjoy the aroma of hops.

At the core of this release is the combination of +Kombucha's popular flavor 'Pink Detox' and Amarillo hops selected by Mr. Senda, the representative of Mino-Kamo Beer. According to the post, this pairing was designed to create a refreshing, fruity flavor.

Meanwhile, Mino-Kamo Beer has also prepared an alcoholic version of 'Beni Tengu,' made with the image of 'Pink Detox' in mind. This version is already on sale in advance at Mino-Kamo Beer, and additional production was carried out due to its popularity. The post says the alcoholic version can be purchased through Mino-Kamo Beer.

According to +Kombucha, the product will be available in stores and through its own online shop. The collaboration expands the same concept by moving back and forth between the distinct character of craft beer and kombucha, and it is a project that once again highlights Mino-Kamo Beer’s presence as a Gifu brewery.
