TRANS BREWING's "Twist and Shout" Appears at THE CRAFT
THE CRAFT, a beer pub in Sapporo's Susukino, introduced TRANS BREWING's "Twist and Shout." It is presented as a glass that revisits the original recipe, layering fruity and tropical aromas over hop bitterness.
THE CRAFT is a beer pub located one minute on foot from Susukino Station. Set in a New York-style space with red brick, it features 33 taps of draft craft beer and can be enjoyed alongside authentic Italian dishes and charcoal-grilled food.
The beer introduced in this Instagram post was TRANS BREWING's "Twist and Shout." The brewery reworked last year's original recipe to make it even more delicious and easier to drink. While centered on hop bitterness, it brings out fruity and tropical aromas, and it is presented as a beer best enjoyed with attention to how its aroma opens up.
On THE CRAFT's official website as well, the bar says it offers draft craft beer from breweries across Japan, centered on Hokkaido breweries, and guides customers through a wide range of styles including IPAs and fruit beers. The tags at the end of the post also included Shiga Kogen Beer, Hitachino Nest Beer, Johana Beer, Minoh Beer, Yoteizanroku Beer, Obihiro Beer, COEDO, Oni Densetsu Beer, Doppo Beer, Sumikawa Beer, Onuma Brouwhaus, and North Island Beer, suggesting that the shop handles a diverse lineup of brands.
