Craft beer TOCA, a beer-focused pub in Inokashira, Mitaka, posted its June 14 tap list. With next week’s AJB & LIBUSHI Bashamichi 8TTO in mind, the bar is keeping the lineup a bit leaner than usual, but still covers lagers, sours, IPAs, sake, and hard cider.

- Tamamura Honten’s "Italian style Pils!?" is an Italian pilsner-style beer.
- West Coast Brewing’s "The Technician" is a funky kettle sour brewed with lime, coconut, and more.
- Noroshi Brewery’s "Noroshi Sasion" is a saison.
- Farmentry’s "GRAPEEE" is a grape-skin-contact saison.
- B.M.B Brewery’s "MYTHIC DRIFT", Yokohama Bay Brewing’s "STEEL SOUL FIXIE IPA", and OHLOY BREWING’s "Seki" add hop-forward choices.
- Resident Culture’s "Forever Alone: Comet" is a hazy IPA.
- The board also includes Kikusui Shuzo’s "SOU Keg Draft" and Green Neighbors Hard Cider’s "HARUKA".

The food menu is equally practical for beer drinking. New dishes include a chapati quesadilla with sansho miso and beef tendon, young corn baked in foil, ethnic-style paper chicken, and a marinated maitake and zucchini dish. The lineup leans toward plates that can be paired with a hoppy beer, a lager, or even sake.

As a craft-beer-centric bar in the Mitaka area, Craft beer TOCA is the kind of place where tap selections can move quickly. If a specific beer catches your eye, earlier visits are likely the safer bet.
