Spring Guest Beer Triple Tap at Enibrew, Limited Sakura-Aroma Beers Gather
At Enibrew, a beer pub in Nakamozu, Osaka, three guest beers themed around spring have just been tapped. The lineup centers on “sakura” from Ise Kadoya Beer, HOPDOG BREWING, and Sanktgallen, letting guests enjoy all three at once alongside the restaurant’s seasonal dishes for a truly spring-like pint.
On March 25, Enibrew, the beer pub near Nakamozu Station in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture, announced that it had “tapped three spring beers.” In the calm underground first-floor space, visitors can take their time comparing seasonal brews from domestic breweries.
The spring beers tapped that day
First up is Ise Kadoya Beer’s “Haru no Sasayaki”. Introduced as a flower-yeast ale using white grapes, it features a gorgeous aroma and a gentle sweetness. While carrying a fruity nuance, it goes down lightly in a way that feels just right for spring.
Next is HOPDOG BREWING’s “Sakura Sakihokore.” This rice ale uses cherry leaves, and the recipe highlights ingredients and yeast character rooted in Akita. The post also mentions its “faint cherry-blossom hue,” making the balance between refined aroma and refreshing drinkability a key point.
The third is Sanktgallen’s “Sanktgallen Sakura.” A classic seasonal spring beer made with generous amounts of cherry blossoms and leaves from Takato, Nagano, it offers a flavor reminiscent of sakura mochi. It is a beloved beer that many fans look forward to every year around this time.
Enjoying it with food
The same post also recommended a spring-special dish: “new onion blanquette with sakura shrimp soup.” It is very much in Enibrew’s style to pair beer with warm plates made from seasonal ingredients. In addition, the shop is said to stock more than 80 bottles, and it supports Beer To Go as well as dine-in. It is a highly practical stop for craft beer fans, offering both seasonal taps and a wide range of bottled options.
