Osaka Shibutani Brewing, a brewery based in Fujiidera, Osaka, has announced that it will participate in the Kyotanabe Craft Beer Festival 2026.

The event venue is Branch Matsuiyamate in Kyotanabe, Kyoto. According to the brewery’s Instagram post, its booth will be open from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The announcement available for this article does not specify the event date, so visitors should check the brewery’s latest updates before attending.

Osaka Shibutani Brewing is known for brewing beers that reflect local ingredients and food culture. Its Kawachi-no Ale series includes several styles, such as Pilsner, Stout, Weizen, Pale Ale, and IPA. The brewery also produces distinctive beers featuring sansho pepper, tomato, yuzu, and figs.

At its brewery and bottle shop in Fujiidera, the lineup changes with the season and event schedule. The brewery has also developed beers using ingredients connected to Osaka and the surrounding region. Tenma Tenjin Ale, for example, is a dark ale made with water from Osaka Tenmangu Shrine and kombu from Osaka. Other releases, including Honey Kinkan Ale, combine fruit and honey with a beer base.

One of the pleasures of a craft beer festival is the chance to compare different styles in one visit. Beer fans in and around Kyotanabe may want to stop by the Osaka Shibutani Brewing booth and explore its selection. The lineup and serving details may change, so checking the brewery’s official Instagram or website before the event is recommended.
