Evolve Beer&Kitchen Updates 10 Taps as Okinawa Food Fair Enters Final Week
Evolve Beer&Kitchen in Mukojima, Tokyo, posted its June 26 tap list. The lineup includes TOUCHDOWN Pilsner and Hella Jalapeño from BAREBOTTOLE Brewing Co., while the Okinawa Food Fair has one week left.
Evolve Beer&Kitchen, a beer pub in Mukojima near Tokyo Skytree, updated its service notice and tap list for June 26. The board spans 10 taps and covers pilsner, Kölsch, bitter, farmhouse ale, IPA, Belgian IPA, and lager, making it a strong fit for a place that pairs beer with food.
The day’s lineup includes Pilsner from TOUCHDOWN, Hella Jalapeño from BAREBOTTOLE Brewing Co., NOM Classic Porter -Nitro ver.- from NOMCRAFT BREWING, STEREO from Falo Brewing, Hashagu from Novoru Brewing, and Orion Draft from ORION BEER. It moves from an easygoing lager to a nitro porter, so the list works both for a quick stop and for a slower tasting session.
The rest of the taps keep the Japanese craft focus intact: EMU from Atsumi Peninsula Brewery, Red Tea Bitter from Minoh Beer, Akkiyama Bitter from Oni Densetsu, and SAGE from Falo Brewing. On the food side, the shop is serving Okinawan items such as miso-marinated cold-smoked bluefin tuna, mimiga ponzu, goya champuru, and chilled Okinawa soba. The post says the Okinawa Food Fair has one week left, with a Y.MARKET BREWING tap takeover and MINATO birthday party set for July 4-5, followed by a fifth-anniversary event on September 5-6.
