At the Kobe Motomachi beer pub "Beer Space On Tap," ONE's BREWERY's new tapped beer "KAMOSHI" has appeared. This SAKE LAGER w/KELP uses sake yeast and kelp, making it a pint you want to pair with food. Inside the bar, you can also enjoy Nara Brewing and Y.MARKET BREWING.
From the beer pub "Beer Space On Tap," located in the basement of Kobe Plaza Hotel in Motomachi-dori, Chuo Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo, a new tap beer from ONE's BREWERY has arrived.
This time's release is ONE's BREWERY / KAMOSHI. At Alc. 4.5% and IBU 12, this SAKE LAGER w/KELP is a lager brewed with sake yeast and blended with kelp. The caption says you can enjoy a soft ginjo-like aroma, the slowly spreading umami of kelp, and a calm, broth-like finish. Rather than a beer that pushes with hop strength, it is brewed to be savored slowly alongside a meal.
