The beer pub Evolve Beer&Kitchen, located at the foot of Tokyo Skytree, announced its operating lineup for Thursday, April 23, from 5:00 p.m. to midnight. The highlight this time is the newly tapped Tora Hachi Beer. It is a collaboration with TOUCHDOWN×Taihu Brewing and is introduced as an oolong lager that pairs Taiwan oolong tea with the standard "Kiyosato Lager." It is a beer designed with balance in mind, making it easy to enjoy with food, both in aroma and in drinkability.

The tap list totals 11 beers. The lineup ranges widely from lagers to hop-forward IPAs, including the pilsner Bellevalia -ベルバリア- / VERTERE, the Czech-style dark lager AGE AGE SAME AGE / Repubrew×平成3年会, and the weizen バナナキック / NOMCRAFT BREWING. The white ale ゆずホ和イト / 箕面ビール is down to the last few pours, while もっとネルトラさん / NEKO BEER's TDH Hazy IPA and Raven / FLORA FERMENTATION's West Coast IPA are also being offered in limited quantities, so they may move quickly.

Other taps include イケおじペールエール / うしとらブルワリー, IPA -Golden Crown- ナイトロver. / 反射炉ビヤ, Blooming IPA / 箕面ビール, and the standard 黒ラベル / SAPPORO. Along with the breadth of beer styles, the “drink while you eat” appeal that Evolve Beer&Kitchen is known for is still very much alive.

The food menu includes bamboo shoot simmered in Tosani style, bamboo shoot tempura, yellowfin tuna bakkudan, mala keema with crispy green peppers, Genghis Khan spring rolls, yurin shrimp, and Minato-ken's chicken salt ramen, ranging from bar snacks to more substantial dishes. The keema curry comes in two varieties, “Shirasu and hiyashi spinach” and “Rouro keema,” and desserts include gateau chocolat, baked cheesecake, and royal milk tea gelato.

In Mukojima, where the atmosphere of the old downtown still remains, this is a place where you can calmly enjoy craft beer and food. Centered on the newly tapped oolong lager, it seems like a good spot to keep drinking while pairing it with spring ingredients.
