At the beer pub Enibrew in Nakamozu, Sakai City, Osaka, information was shared about a new tap and new bottle-shop arrivals. The shop is located on the basement level of a building, a 2-minute walk from Nakamozu Station, and is known for offering 13 taps of craft beer plus more than 80 bottled beers. The food selection is also extensive, making it a place for people who want to enjoy beer and meals together.

The newly tapped beer this time is Minoh Beer "Blooming IPA". It is a Belgian IPA and is introduced as a seasonal beer brewed with the image of cherry blossoms in full bloom. It is a spring-like beer in which the spicy, floral aroma from Belgian yeast and American hops is layered with aromas reminiscent of citrus and tropical fruit.

Also arriving at the bottle shop are two limited IPAs from Los Angeles Ale Works. "Rinse & Threepeat" is a West Coast IPA and is described as a beer available only in Japan. It features a clean, fruity taste, and it also has a playful touch: the label can be peeled off and used as a sticker. "Blue Vibes 2" is also a West Coast IPA, and its highlights are the tropical-fruit aroma from Galaxy, Mosaic, and Simcoe, along with citrus notes and bitterness reminiscent of pine and grapefruit.

Enibrew's appeal lies in how carefully it is built not just around beer, but also around pairings with food. The post also highlights popular menu items such as the original fried chicken, Japanese-style liver paste, duck and green onion spice roast, and Italian pizza. Bottles can also be purchased for takeout only, making the shop useful not only for tasting beers on-site, but also as an option for home drinking.

Because the shop also values a comfortable atmosphere, its style suits a way of enjoying beer that centers on a tap pour while pairing it with limited bottle IPAs and food. If you're drinking craft beer in Nakamozu, this is a place worth remembering for both its broad lineup and its satisfying food options.
