Price revision notice

Nagisa Beer, the craft brewery in Shirahama, Wakayama, announced that it will revise beer prices from September 1, 2026. Orders placed by August 31 will still be charged at the current price, even if they ship in September. The company also said sales will be temporarily suspended for about 30 minutes from 12:00 a.m. on September 1 for maintenance.

A brewery rooted in Shirahama

Founded in 1996, Nagisa Beer began brewing and selling beer in 1997. The brewery describes its beers as easy to drink while still offering a firm malt presence, and it produces four core beers alongside seasonal limited releases. Its beers are also sold locally in hotels, restaurants, souvenir shops, and other stores around Shirahama.

The water behind the flavor

A key part of Nagisa Beer’s identity is its brewing water, Tondano Mizu, a local natural water from Shirahama. By using water drawn from the town itself, the brewery has built a profile that feels closely tied to the landscape of Nanki Shirahama. For fans, the price change is notable, but the old-price window through August 31 gives buyers a clear deadline for adding staple packs or gift sets before the new pricing takes effect.
