Craft Beer Spot Hathor in Kyobashi, Osaka, announced its regular service after the end of its all-pale-ale event. As of June 1, the bar had 16 draft beers on tap, with the lineup clearly built around pale ale styles.
The main draw is the mix of well-known domestic breweries. The list includes Ooyama G Beer Pale Ale, Shiga Kogen Beer DPA, RISE & WIN’s Kamikatsu Pale Ale, Miyazaki Hideji Beer’s Shinkan no Pale Ale, Hansharo Beer’s Tarozaemon, Three Tree’s Hinemoshyu, and Ise Kadoya Beer’s Classic Pale Ale. The tap list also mentions Mojiko Beer, Y.Market, Yahho Brewing, Deschutes, Sierra Nevada, Beer Hearn, and real-ale versions from Shiga Kogen, Minoh, and Oni Densetsu, giving guests plenty of room to compare aroma, bitterness, and mouthfeel across the same style family.
Hathor is open Monday to Friday from 5:00 pm to midnight, and Saturday, Sunday, and holidays from 3:00 pm to midnight. It is an easy after-work stop, especially for drinkers who prefer to work through several taps rather than chase a single headline beer.
