Evolve Beer&Kitchen, the beer pub at the foot of the Tokyo Skytree in Mukojima, Sumida Ward, will be open on Wednesday, April 29 from 13:00 to 22:00. In its post, the shop noted there are "no new kegs tapped," and instead introduced today’s TAP LIST centered on taps marked as running low.
That day’s lineup includes VERTERE’s pilsner "Bellevalia," TOUCHDOWN x Taihu Brewing’s "Tora Hachi Bakushu," Repubrew x Heisei 3 Nenkai’s "AGE AGE SAME AGE," NOMCRAFT BREWING’s "Banana Kick," Minoh Beer’s "Honey Saison" and "Blooming IPA," Ushitora Brewery’s "Ikeoji Pale Ale," U.B.P BREWERY’s "URAWA CITY ALE Nitro ver.", West Coast Brewing’s "No Ketchup," Brasserie Knot’s "WIND," and the staple "Kuro Label." From pilsner and oolong tea lager to Czech-style dark lager, weizen, pale ale, hazy DIPA, and West Coast IPA, it offers a broad range for comparison drinking.
The shop says it will operate with the same hours as on regular holidays, and being able to enjoy drinks indoors without worrying about the weather is very much part of its appeal. The food menu is also substantial, with red-and-white sashimi of bluefin tuna and flatfish, spicy keema curry with crisp peppers, house-roasted beef, Genghis Khan spring rolls, deep-fried taro with dashi, salted stir-fried pork jowl and cabbage, and a finishing mentaiko cream pasta. In addition, there are MINATO's Curry’s cilantro shrimp curry and lu rou keema curry, plus matcha tiramisu and rich gateau chocolat, making it easy to complete both a meal and dessert between beers.
