Nara’s Choryo Shuzo Koryo Brewery in Koryo is rolling out a pair of spring visitor events. According to the post, Choryo Brew Park will celebrate its 4th anniversary on March 19. To mark the occasion, events will be held as a thank-you to everyone who has used the facility.

Two Announced Plans

- 4th Anniversary Event: Friday, March 20, 2026 to Sunday, March 22, 2026
- Hours: 11:00 to 17:00
- Details: Complimentary pours of the newly released Brew Park exclusive sake, "CHORYO BREWPARK Selechion 'Aging'" (one cup per person, one time only)

The post explains that "Aging" is a Junmai Ginjo unfiltered genshu made with Omachi rice and aged for about two years, bringing out mellowness and balance. As an anniversary offering, it is being presented as a bottle that lets visitors experience the kind of "depth of time" that is hard to find in normal service.

- Sakura Week: Wednesday, April 1, 2026 to Wednesday, April 8, 2026
- Hours: 11:00 to 17:00
- Special Note: On Saturday, April 4 and Sunday, April 5, a cherry blossom event with food trucks and sales booths will be held
- Note: Seat reservations are not available during Sakura Week

Choryo Shuzo, based at Koryo Brewery in Koryo Town, Kita-Katsuragi District, Nara Prefecture, continues to share its work across both sake and craft beer. This spring lineup combines an anniversary milestone with the cherry-blossom viewing season, giving beer and sake fans a clear reason to stop by if they want to compare different styles. Before visiting, be sure to check the latest business and serving information on the official social media accounts.
