TEGAMISHA BREWERY in Chofu, Tokyo, will host a special collaboration with “旬惣菜 & wine mimosa” on Saturday, November 7, from 4:00 p.m. The event will pair seasonal deli dishes with the brewery’s craft beer.

The menu is expected to include pork shoulder pot roast, a selection of salami and cheese designed to complement beer, and liver pâté. While the collaboration focuses on craft beer rather than wine, mimosa will also bring a selection of wines for guests who would like to explore both pairings.

Based near Tsutsujigaoka Station, mimosa specializes in natural wine, cheese, and house-made deli foods. Its wine selection includes organic wines made with biodynamic methods, vegan wines, wines without added sulfites, and PIWI varieties. The shop also seeks out indigenous grape varieties and small producers with distinctive approaches, along with foods designed to accompany those wines.

TEGAMISHA BREWERY is a brewery pub operated by Tegamisha. It began as the Nishichofu Base in 2020 and started brewing in June 2023. The pub offers 10 domestic craft beers, including beers brewed in-house, as well as meals and snacks. Beer is also available to take home by the growler, bottle, or can.

The collaboration will run from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. Food orders close at 8:30 p.m., while drink orders close at 9:30 p.m. After 4:00 p.m., only the mimosa collaboration menu will be available; the brewery’s regular food menu ends at 3:00 p.m. The dishes are limited in quantity, and each guest is asked to order at least one drink.

The event will take place at TEGAMISHA BREWERY, 1F La Maison, 2-6-14 Shimoishihara, Chofu, Tokyo. For inquiries, call 042-444-0660.
