THE KICHI brewery & cafe in Nikko and Torii-do Brewing in Kanuma have announced an anniversary collaboration. The project includes a limited sticker run and the beer "Kazamidori," a Weizenbock-based release with espresso, to be shared across both venues from August 2 to 31.
THE KICHI brewery & cafe in Nikko and Torii-do Brewing in Kanuma are rolling out a collaboration project. The release marks THE KICHI's second anniversary and Torii-do Brewing's half-anniversary, with both a limited sticker and a collaboration beer prepared for the occasion.
The sticker is limited to 100 pieces and will be given to customers who eat or drink at both venues during the campaign period from August 2 to 31. Its theme is "Kazamidori," combining THE KICHI's "house" with the "bird" motif to evoke Nikko's weather vane imagery. Visits on separate days also count, and customers may start at either location.
The collaboration beer is also named "Kazamidori." It is built on a traditional German Weizenbock base and finished with espresso blended in from both houses. THE KICHI is a craft beer and coffee spot near Tobu-Nikko and JR Nikko stations, known for its in-house brewed beer. The project links two Tochigi breweries and highlights a local connection between Nikko and Kanuma.
