Twin Peaks Mountain Brewing Makes First Appearance in Matsudo, Draft Beer Served May 4-6
Twin Peaks Mountain Brewing, based in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture, announced on Instagram that it will make its first appearance at the Matsudo Craft Beer Fest. Over the three days from May 4 to May 6, it will serve German-style draft beer on the west exit deck of JR Matsudo Station, and head brewer Carsten will be on site for the first two days.
Twin Peaks Mountain Brewing is a German-owned brewery in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture. According to its official website, it handcrafts German-style craft beer based on traditional German methods and recipes, and its taproom always offers 8 to 10 varieties.
In this Instagram post, the brewery announced that it will make its first appearance at the Matsudo Craft Beer Fest. The venue is the west exit deck of JR Matsudo Station, and the event will run from May 4 to May 6. For the first two days, head brewer Carsten will be at the Matsudo venue, serving German-style draft beer.
The post also included information about operations at the Tsukuba flagship location. For the tap list on May 5, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., nine beers were introduced: Pilsner, Kölsch, IPA, Dr. Mozart, Weizen, Mango Weizen, Dr. Winter Warmer, Dortmunder Export, and Hedgebock. All of them had their ABV, IBU, and SRM listed, showing the breadth of styles on offer.
The Tsukuba location is a 7-minute walk from Tsukuba Station Exit A5 and also has free parking. Terrace seating allows pets, and guests can enjoy beer and food while looking out over the brewery.
