The Beers That Arrived
The beer pub Enibrew, near Nakamozu Station in Sakai, Osaka Prefecture, announced a fresh arrival from HINO BREWING in Shiga. In the post, the brewery's first "core cans" were introduced as four labels, making for a lineup that lets you enjoy the full range of flavors as they are.
- Baka Lager - Czech Style Lager. It promises a floral aroma, simple malt sweetness, and a crisp, clean finish.
- Kudari Stout - Coffee Stout. A light-bodied, aromatic stout paired with a special blend of coffee from Nakagawa Wani Coffee.
- Yareyare Ale - American Pale Ale. A pale ale designed around a balance of sharp bitterness, malt character, and sweetness.
- Dont Yare IPA - Hazy IPA. Generously brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho 7, giving it citrus and green, fresh aromas along with notes of peach and mango.
Enibrew is known for keeping plenty of reach kegs and stock on hand, then opening the next keg as soon as one kicks. The post also mentioned that it is "almost 19 years in the beer business," showing how carefully the shop has continued to line up the beers drinkers want over the long run. The shop is a two-minute walk from Nakamozu Station and also accepts reservations by phone. If you spot a label that catches your eye, it's best to go early while the keg is in good shape.
