Uchu Brewing has announced the arrival of new can products at its Kobuchizawa taproom in Hokuto, Yamanashi. The latest release is ATOM KIWIFRUIT, a new version of the tropical smoothie sour ale ATOM. Alongside it, an "IPA Three-Variety Set (6 Cans)" is also available, making it easier to choose in-store.

The set may vary slightly in contents because the beers have different best-before dates, but customers are told there is no issue with quality. For those who want to enjoy a tasting comparison, the appeal is being able to pick up multiple labels at once.

The Kobuchizawa taproom operates inside Roadside Station Kobuchisawa, and food purchased there may also be brought in. Being able to enjoy local food alongside beer is part of what makes this location convenient. Business hours are Friday through Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with last orders at 7:45 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and 7:30 p.m. on Sundays.

Uchu Brewing was founded in Yamanashi in 2018 and now operates its headquarters and brewery in Hokuto City, while also running taprooms in Kobuchizawa and Toranomon in Tokyo. Known for its original, space-themed naming and distinctive recipes, the brewery is worth watching with this new ATOM release and IPA set as another suggestion for expanding how beer can be enjoyed at the taproom.
