Hathor has been open since 2015 and is known as a beer pub with 16 taps and house-smoked food. The lineup spans clean lager, sour beer, hop-forward IPA, real ale, and heavyweight imported ales, making it easy to build a tasting route from the first pour.
The new `Strawberry Sour Ale` looks like the most obvious first stop: it leans on fruit aroma and a crisp sour finish rather than sweetness. Paired with smoked dishes, it should fit neatly into the kind of slow, beer-focused session this pub is built for.
