Limited IPA "Hop Farmer’s Daughter"
Bale Breaker Brewing Company announced the release of its limited IPA, "Hop Farmer’s Daughter." The beer was released on February 27 and was offered at both the Yakima and Seattle taprooms.
This beer is a collaboration between the Bale Breaker team, Yakima Chief Hops, and the local Pink Boots chapter. In the official description, it is presented as a clean, crisp IPA brewed with this year's Pink Boots Hop Blend along with Citra Cryo and HyperBoost sourced from the brewery's own hop farm. Its aroma is designed around layers of blueberry, grapefruit, and peach.
Bale Breaker Brewing Company is a family-run brewery in Yakima Valley, Washington. It brews beer in the middle of a fourth-generation hop farm and is known as a brand that emphasizes being "fresh-off-the-farm." Its clear hop-origin story is one of the brewery's biggest appeals, and that personality comes through strongly in this new release as well.
In addition, on the day of the release, 10% of Hop Farmer’s Daughter sales will be donated to the local Pink Boots chapter. It is a release that communicates not only the flavor design but also the makers' attitude and their contribution back to the community.
